[Markdown] Open link in new tab

Just adding this here for googabliity so anyone else who encounters this problem can deal with it. Or at least I couldn't find anything in docs about it

In markdown, if you wanted to make the link open in a new tab, add {:target="_blank"} to the end, see below

I love taking the JavaScript approach and automatically making all links that aren't to the same site open in a new tab. Here's my little script I cart around from site to site.
