Apache Configuration in Ubuntu Server 20.04 / 22.04

Bug description

I'm having an issue to access the statamic website and also control panel.
I'm using Apache Server for running the Statamic Project.

How to reproduce

Here are my configuration:

000-default.conf:

When I go to the link http://statamic.local.com/cp. It throws this error:

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu) Server at statamic.local.com Port 80

Is mod_rewrite definitely enabled? I know by default it's disabled on some platforms.

You can run a2enmod rewrite (you may need to sudo it).
