Hi @dave-mills , may I ask for some more details?

In front-end, where can I trigger to generate a xlsform that contains the choice lists?

An xlsform file is created whenever the Xlsform is republished to ODK Central; e.g in the Admin panel => TeamResource => XlsformRelationManager
