Viewing Continent based Reinforcement table #37

As a player
I want to see the reinforcement table
So that I can know the number of new military units one player will get and make strategy accordingly
Acceptance Criteria:
- Criteria 1
- Given a game page
- When I click on the Continent based ‘Reinforcement Table’ (at bottom-left corner of game page)
- Then the table should expand
