I'd say my question is more a feature-request than a bug: I'd like the installed package status to show whether the package is from OpenRepos or not.
Example case: I have Paketti app installed from Jolla Store. The app received a recent update in openrepos, so while browsing with Storeman the list of recently updated packages, I noticed that on my device Paketti is marked as 'Installed' but the OR repo is not installed (so no details about versions or possible update, obviously). Unless I remember that the package has been installed from another source, it is a bit unclear to keep track of its origins.
So, I'd like that Storeman would show more clearly in these kind of cases something like 'Installed, but no repo' or somesuch. Not sure if it can detect (and report) whether it's from Jolla Store vs e.g. a manually installed rpm, but if it can, even better.

Unfortunately the installation source could not be detected. All that is possible is to show clearly that the repo of an installed application is not already enabled (as you've already mentioned).
