STORMKIT LICENSE

Version 1.0, April 7th, 2024.

We are Stormkit, Inc. (“Stormkit”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”), a company incorporated under the laws of the United States with employee identification number 36-4947382 and registered office in Delaware, 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, in the city of Newark, zip code 19702 and county of New Castle.

DEFINITIONS

  • "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner that is granting the License.
  • "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction, and distribution as defined in this document.
  • “Services” means the subscription services provided by Stormkit to the Customer;
  • “Customer Data” means the data inputted by the Customer, Users, or Stormkit on the Customer's behalf for the purpose of using the Services or facilitating the Customer’s use of the Services;

USAGE

You agree not (except as may be permitted by mandatory law) to (i) attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of the Services (as applicable) in any form or media or by any means; (ii) attempt to reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the Services; (iii) access all or any part of the Services in order to build a product or service which competes with the Services (or any part thereof); (iv) use the Services to provide services to third parties; or (v) licence, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise make the Services available to any third party except Users.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We are the owner or the licensee of all Intellectual Property rights in the Services, its content (other than Customer Data), including its “look and feel” (collectively the “Content”) and all Intellectual Property rights in or to the services provided under the Consulting Services. The Content is protected by copyright laws and other Intellectual Property laws (including laws related to trade marks, designs, database rights, sui generis rights and other proprietary rights). All such rights are reserved.
