Bug: Cannot edit the Manage Group page in Elementor #37

Describe the bug
An Elementor error ( The preview could not be loaded ) is displayed when trying to edit the Manage Group page in Elementor

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Activate the Group Accounts Add On.
Navigate to Memberships > Settings > Pages and assign a Manage Group page.
Edit the Manage Group page in the Elementor editor.
See error

Expected behavior
The page can be edited in Elementor.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

WordPress Environment

WP 6.4.3 PMPro 3.0.1 Elementor 3.20.3 PMPro Group Accounts 1.0.1

Workaround
Deselect your Manage Group page in your PMPro Pages settings, edit the page in Elementor and save changes, then reselect the page.
