Duplicate form entries

Hi,

I don't know if this is an issue with the Peak form implementation, but I hope someone could tell me what the hell is going on here.

Some, not all, form submissions are processed twice. There are a lot duplicate form entries. I cannot reproduce it.

Any idea?

Statamic version: 5.65.0

No idea. Normal plain implementation? No listeners or anything? I haven't seen this - yet. Should I find similar behavior I'll let you know.
