Got a bug with conenction

Describe the bug
trying to connect secure ssh and have disconected from client

in logs on server com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth fail [preauth]

Trying anothe sftp/ssh client - working

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'New connection'
2. Click on connect'
3. See error "Unable to connect to server @@@@ at @@@.@@@.@@@.@@@ Do you want to retry?"

I got the same thing, using putty and filezilla I can connect,
using snowflake entering same ip, same ppk, "unable to connect" and that's it.
