We cannot yet remove EmailAddress#valid_with_regex?, unfortunately, as that is
in effect a public method and could be used externally. We should probably
deprecate it eventually.

Also, we cannot remove the :format option, but we could deprecate it in preparation for an eventual v2.0 - for now, however, this change allows us to maintain backwards compatibility.
