Hi !
BM use a lot of our disk IO and this make problem to serve others tasks on the same time.
The tool « ionice » could be a solution, but this require to known the PID of the BM process (or perl / rsync / tar ... process)
This could be great to permit an option like « --ionice -c3 » to be called by BM on each process launched.
Best Regards,
PS: The backup-manager website link in the GitHub short description is dead.
