BUG: Drop down menus not working at all #15

NOTE

Describe the bug
None of the dropdown menus on any tab work.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Char Tab and click talent dropdown
- Click on different item
- Dropdown menu selection does not change
Expected behavior
Click any dropdown menu and select a new item. That option becomes the item selected
