Reproducible builds for Maven and plugins

We must check all modules (Maven + plugins) to support reproducible builds. This includes fixed versions for all used dependencies and build tools (like maven plugins) and checking the usage of specfic pattern (like not using System.newline()).

This epic aims to have Maven and the plugin result in reproducible builds and artifacts.
