As pds.mysurvey.solutions user I want to have a download link for SurveySolutions.exe so I will have an ability to get the application from the site.
Acceptance criteria:

  1. There is a link to https://github.com/surveysolutions/surveysolutions/releases on Download page.
  2. FILE IS MISSING does not displayed on the DOWNLOAD THE LATEST INSTALLER button.
  3. DOWNLOAD THE LATEST INSTALLER button is adjusted accordingly to its text.
