1. Fix bugs in the genDecayStringMakerPythia8 file.
2. Fix bugs in crab3Config.py.

For ntuple productions @ 74X (or 72X)

This release includes the following changes (based on branch: trigger_filter_leptDef_others)

1. Track isolation is modified to be synced with RA2/b
2. Merge and modify met filter and trigger module: triggers are included with keyword matching (duplicated triggers removed). Add triggers needed by our analysis.
3. Add switch to decide on data or mc runs in several modules
4. Add jetID event filter
5. Many changes in treeMaker_stopRA2.py: imbedded strings for version information in ntuple, special fixes for JEC, 72X or 74X switch, top projection switch for Zinv and so on
6. Add crab3 configurations for 72X or 74X
