Outdated tutorial comments

Hello! I read through the tutorial last night as someone who knows the basic concepts and syntax of svelte, but who's never used it, and found some content that needed updates for Svelte 5. (It was a top-notch tutorial by the way, and I know people are hating on y'all for the the serif font, but I love it)

1. On https://svelte.dev/tutorial/svelte/stores, it still thinks you need stores for SvelteKit.
2. On https://svelte.dev/docs/svelte/faq#Does-Svelte-scale, it's closed as outdated with Svelte 5 (which is fine, except that there's not an explanation of what v5 changes that makes it irrelevant).

I think that was it.

Oh, I knew there was another one: https://svelte.dev/docs/kit/types#Generated-types-Default-tsconfig.json still references importsNotUsedAsValues and preserveValueImports.
