Hmm, where did they get that from? The 0x10c site still has the old one.

I believe they had a private conversation with Notch :)
Anyway, adding new opcodes will not destroy something in old ones.

Hmmm. Lots of nice improvements. Might have to find some time this weekend to upgrade to the new architecture.

One annoying thing: the spec is updated, with changes to operands and some new instructions, but the revision hasn't changed (still 1.1).

Well, this is still a draft I assume. He hasn't officially updated the spec on the 0x10c website. Presumably he'll bump the rev when he posts it there.
