Organized Development Roadmap

Hello Everyone,

We are pleased to share with you our roadmap for the Organized application. Features are grouped by page where they are and should be appearing. They are subject to change.

Congregation Persons

• Record basics information for a person
• Record assignments for Midweek Meeting parts (Life and Ministry Meeting Overseer)
• Record additional information for a person, including spiritual status (Secretary)
• Record assignments for Weekend Meeting parts (Public Talk Coordinator and Coordinator of the Body of Elders)

Congregation Reports

• Record monthly meeting attendance
• Allow attendant servant to record and submit weekly meeting attendance
• Record monthly field service reports
• Allow publishers to submit their monthly field service reports
• Allow field service group overseer to monitor reports of the publishers in their group

Meeting Schedules

• Create and edit midweek meeting schedule
• Public talk scheduler for Public Talk Coordinator
• Create and edit other weekend meeting parts
• Allow students for midweek meeting and publishers to view midweek meeting schedules
• Allow students for midweek meeting and publishers to view weekend meeting schedules

Meeting Source Materials

• Add and edit source materials for midweek meeting
• Import source materials for midweek meeting from an EPUB file
• Import source materials for midweek meeting from jw.org
• Override parts of Living as Christians
• Add Circuit Overseer concluding talk title and song for midweek meeting

Territory Management

• Manage all territories assigned for the congregations

Congregation Settings

• Create and manage field service groups

Hello @luannsct: thanks for your interest in helping us developing this app. Just to let you know that we are now in the process of building a new redesigned version of this app (I’ve sent you a DM with additional details related to that. 😁) No new features will be added to the current version, but PR is always welcomed to fix bugs or address some issues.
