The fees were calculated originally for non-taproot transactions which are a bit more expensive.
We should optimize the fee to not waste gas.

Implementation details

create fee multiplier to enable making transaction go through faster
recalculate transaction size logic to be more optimal.

Testing details

unit tests
e2e tests

fee is as minimal as possible
