Nice work! And I have several questions:

How can I generate my transforms.json file using a sequence of dynamic images?
How can I get transform_matrix and other camera internal parameters using Blender or Houdini?

The transformation matrix and intrinsic camera parameters can be read directly from the UI interface of Blender.
