Example: adding an EditableDynamicListField for a user defined form, the ID on the field shows something like UserForm_Form_31_EditableDropdown_45245_Holder whereas all other fields show something like EditableTextField_201c5 etc.

This disables the user defined form show/hide functionality, as the JS expects the shorter field IDs.
