I cannot find any VirtualKDSetup.exe in the package

The readme says step 1 is to run VirtualKDSetup.exe , however, I cannot find it anywhere in the distribution. I am also getting a error on vmmon64 which says to regsvr32 VBoxKD64.dll which is also no where to be found.

I had the same issue. Then going through the commits, I came across the 49fd47a8bd29f2795d81329acec20aade1995662 commit.

The VirtualKDSetup project is renamed to VirtualBoxIntegration project.
