Can't solve that problem

make install
./systemd.sh -c paranoid.conf.sample /
./systemd.sh: 13: SERVICES+= paranoid@.timer paranoid-wifi@.timer: not found
make: *** [Makefile:18: insDaemon] Ошибка 127
