概要

小学1年生あたりは少数値の概念自体わからないので、基本ブロックの秒数設定の仕様を見直す必要がありそう

想定される解決策

秒数設定を少数値から整数値に完全移行する (ぶっちゃけ実装は楽になるが細かい走行調整ができない)
少数値設定モードと整数値モードを実装し、設定画面で切り替えできるようにする
