[FR] Docs for js #64

Can you please add docs how to use the logger with js ( no typescript ), currently it was not that hard but it is slightly diffrent to implement.

const letsLog = require("letslog");
 
const logger = new letsLog.Logger({
    baseComment: "",
    loglvl: letsLog.ELoglevel.DEBUG,
    transports: [
        {
            baseComment: "",
            ...
            loglvl: letsLog.ELoglevel.INFO,
            type: letsLog.ETransportType.filesystem,
            ...
        }
    ]
});

logger.info("first output");
