Adding Video Preview | Animation Preview Buttons

Currently users can only have a Static Preview's. In order to watch the animation they have to render the full video to see how animations look, which is very inefficient for development and experimentation.

this issue consist of:

1. Modifying the the preview panel to support animation preview
2. Adding frame's generation support into the main interface
3. lastly, Updating the SceneBuilder to support frame's generation

also i'll be adding stop and static preview buttons in order to make the workflow better
