RedArmory get Bitnami app information from registry and it cannot read if user has not administrator privileges.

Proposed amendment

Get Bitnami app information from other resource.
- But I don't know how to.
Modify exe to add requireAdministrator for requestedExecutionLevel in manifest.

Current RedArmory has already modified the requestedExecutionLevel on baca2ea.

Built-in Administrator is disabled
run as user who is belong to administrator group. But it does not work.
it works if 'run as administrator' when execute with Shift key

This problem seem to happen on Bitnami Redmine Stack 4.0.0.
