[Feature request] - curves and histogram surport 16+bits #699
Description
PhotoDemon can show 16+bits images,but use 8bits form.
And curves and histogram‘s range is 0-255,not 0-65525 for 16bits images.
Support original features such as Curves and histogram if posssible.
