Phantom
Phantom is a software that recognizes hand gestures and voice commands to manipulate programs, such as Microsoft PowerPoint to allow for accessibility and convenience.
The program is built for DeltaHacks 3, and is built using Python, OpenCV, and the Speech Recognition Package.
