Related to #2.

Implementation Notes

We have a few options:

Find a speech-to-text API that doesn't automatically listen for filler words
Build on top of an existing API by training it (might prove to be a dead end if filler words are filtered out before being passed into the model, though this seems unlikely)
Build a lightweight model solely for this purpose
