Wallet address changes when a wallet is restored with seed phrase #1124

Describe the bug
When a user restore their wallet with seed phrase, they receive a pop up message saying that the wallet was restored successfully but the user gets asks to "Create an EmojiID"(there is no other option to select or skip this step) which causes the wallet address to change. When a wallet is restored the address should stay the same. Previous address 🍗🌊🍉🚗🍵🎷🙈😍🏭🍈😂🦂🏈👍💣💐📷😈🚂🎼💩🐮🍈🚂🍸🍺📜⭐📌🚀📿🐺👠🎈💻🎈💡👕🌕💎👖🍆🏭🐸🔑🌊😷💻🔫🏭📜🌽💊🍔🍋🦆🤖🍌🚂😈🎯🍫🍸💈👖🐔🐚

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install a new build
  2. Open Aurora
  3. Click on the Restore wallet button
  4. Select the seed phrase option
  5. Enter your seed phrase
  6. Click on the Restore wallet button
  7. User receives a pop up message saying the wallet was restored successfully
  8. User gets asked to "Create EmojiID"
  9. Click on the "Create EmojiID" button(there is no other option to skip this step)
  10. User should see the same wallet address they had on their previous build but currently the user gets a different wallet address

Expected behavior
User should see the same address they had on their previous build
