Balance displayed should be detailed regarding pending transactions #636

Balance is displayed as an aggregate number and if there is a pending transaction it becomes misleading.

I propose:

adjusting/adding to the way available balance is displayed to show pending/locked up balances.
improving the messaging regarding insufficient balances due to the UTXO being locked up. Perhaps something that says “your balance is insufficient because a precious transaction has not yet completed”
