Generate optional Android TV banner

I'm working on applications that will support Android TV. Currently, tauri icon command doesn't have support to generate TV banner. I have added optional --android-tv-banner parameter that will use the rounded generated icon and place it on top of a 16x9 background color image png file. A --android-tv-banner-text parameter is requred to combine the icon based on the Android TV guideline.

  -p, --png <PNG>
          Custom PNG icon sizes to generate. When set, the default icons are not generated

      --ios-color <IOS_COLOR>
          The background color of the iOS icon - string as defined in the W3C's CSS Color Module Level 4 <https://www.w3.org/TR/css-color-4/>

          [default: #fff]

      --android-tv-banner
          Whether to generate Android TV banner from the rounded icon

      --android-tv-banner-text 
           App name text to combine with the icon, example assets/android-tv-banner-text.png.

  -h, --help
          Print help (see a summary with '-h')

  -V, --version
          Print version

I still need to add android:banner manually into the manifest file, but it's fine for now. Any feedback?
