I think it would be great to add more levels to accomodate things like size or Weight to have things nested in what could be a better way. Also having the order of the tree to be configurable based on the pages?

need custem styles name order, may be before create ask for configurable

This is a great idea. Something I have been kicking around for awhile but haven't had time to execute on. Using additional pages could be a way to keep that simplicity (I was thinking it would need to be some form of GUI)

I will try and do some investigation this weekend.

Another question is, if there are other styles in the document, it will be cleared after running "Create Text Styles". Can this be avoided? Want ues this in project sketch file, with other styles and symbols, that would be great! :)

I think it makes sense in Sketch from a Sketch project perspective to have a seperate Typography Library @emengweb. It does mean that it reduces the chances of making mistakes in general.
