High energy usage with background sync enabled #67
Description
The application consumes a lot of energy when background synchronization is enabled. Even while idle, it shows a high energy impact in macOS Activity Monitor and drains the battery faster than expected.
Steps:
1. Enable background sync
2. Leave the app running without active use
3. Observe high energy usage
Expected behavior:
Background sync should have minimal impact on battery life or clearly indicate its energy cost.
