The initialization process on VMs may need to perform some actions on the OpenStack site where the VM is hosted, e.g. open some ports for the VMs in security groups, attaching volumes ans so on. For executing OpenStack commands, the client need to know the site ID, VO and VM ID. An autodiscovery script "who am I" to get the information would be useful.
This issue is related to #135, as access token is needed for executing OpenStack commands for autodiscovery
