Allowing players to customise the parajump parameters

Allowing players to change the height, velocity and course of the plane.
Height : player input from a defined range using ASL metrics.
The course of the plane should be more forgiving regarding missclicks when planning. Allowing players to cancel a plane's course in ordrer to redo-it.
Allowing players to kick a specific player that has registered for a wrong jump, especially needed when doing simultaneous jumps.
