Legacy: Soil ID algorithm not returning responses

In Legacy version 3.8.0, the Soil ID algorithm appears to return no soils.
Note: this appears to be happening on Android, but iOS 3.7 seems to be getting soil id responses.

Steps To Reproduce

Scenario 1: From the map screen

1. On the Map tab, tap any location
2. In the bottom sheet that appears, tap "View Soil ID"
3. See issue

Scenario 2: on the Site screen

1. Use the "Create sites" form
2. On the map screen, tap any location
3. Tap "Create LandPKS plot"
4. In the "Create Site" form, name the site and make sure it is "Private" to prevent contamination of public data.
5. Tap "save" to create the site
6. See issue

Expected behavior

Scenario 1

See "Predicting soils" loading indicator, followed by "Loading Google images". On the "Report" tab, under "LandInfo", see a list of predicted soils.

Scenario 2

See "Predicting soils" loading indicator, followed by a list of possible soils.

Actual behavior

Scenario 1

See "Predicting soils" loading indicator, followed by "Loading Google images". On the "Report" tab, under "LandInfo", no new sites are returned.

Scenario 2

See "Predicting soils" loading indicator, followed by a blank screen after about 15s.

This is still happening today.

I was able to view Soil ID in 3.7.7 on iOS for areas Jeff had said weren't working, including areas in Las Cruces and places in Africa

Issue may be related to iOS version number. Jeff's v18 phone is broken, my v17 is not.
