Soil Info sheet: add and remove information fields if in Global context

Soil information outside the U.S. is provided by FAO's HWSD database, which provides different information from Soil Grids. Update the Soil Info sheet to provide the correct information based on this new source.

Acceptance criteria

For sites outside the U.S.,

• Update soil name to use equivalent FAO HWSD field
• Remove reference to soil subheading
• Add field "Description" and use equivalent FAO HWSD field
• Add field "Management" and use equivalent FAO HWSD field
• Remove external link to soil series full description
• Remove ESD name and ID
• Remove Ecological site full description external link
• Remove LCC
• Update source to "FAO HWSD"
