When creating a site, clear filter search and filter

As of build 229, when I...

1. Apply a search or filter in the sites bottom sheet
2. Create a site that does not meet that search or filter
   ... then when the site is created, it not visible.

Easy enhancement, when creating site, remove search or filter

@DerekCaelin to be clear, when you say as of build 229, you just mean that the problem is present in 229, not that it's a regression in 229, right?

Correct, it's not a regression, we just realized this was the behavior.
