Wierd projection on Zoomable Maps

Greetings @techniq, there's something weird happening with the Projection-based geo maps being small relative to their projection. Only Canvas-based projection retains the correct projection:

That's interesting, I wonder if there is a responsive / compatibility issue with later versions of Svelte 5 as layerchart 1.x hasn't had many changes recently.

I've seen these creep in from time to time, and recently made an update for Axis for a similar issue.

layerchart@next (upcoming 2.0) has A LOT of improvements and does not experience this issue (docs). It also no longer requires Tailwind (css-only) and also simplifies integration with Tailwind frameworks (shadcn-svelte, Skeleton, Svelte UX, Daisy UI). See this Bluesky post for some details.

With that said, would you be able to use layerchart@next?

For now, I can work around it by using canvas-based projection. But thanks for the suggestion with next, I totally had no idea there was a next branch lol @techniq

@next is rather massive

We just starting working on a docs overhaul as well (one of the big milestones to knock out, along with a few others, before the official 2.0 release).

Many (including myself) use @next in production. It's also what powers shadcn-svelte Charts
