Issue with Optimization 3d Feature in FLOW5

I have been trying to use the plane optimization feature in FLOW5, but it is not functioning as expected. Each time I start the swarm optimization, the message “Launching optimization task asynchronously” appears. However, even after waiting for more than an hour, no iterations are executed, and nothing is displayed in the plot window.

I have attempted this multiple times, but the problem persists. Additionally, some of my colleagues have experienced the same issue, which suggests that this may not be an isolated case.

Could you please look into this problem and provide guidance on how to resolve it?

I'll look into it.
The optimization module however is a feature which has not been as effective as I hoped it would be. I believe that a better way to do it would be to use flow5 as a back-end for an external optimizer, interfacing using either scripting or the API.

Thank you for your response. Flow5 is an excellent tool, and I would sincerely appreciate it if the Optimization 3d feature issue could be addressed at your earliest convenience.
