see I an not a developer, I am studying for aerospace engineering, which is more in mechanical part , so I just believed what my system is telling me, a message window pops up , saying to update open GL then after when I am editing the parts in xflr wing editor , just before I execute it , it crashes, and after a sec this shows up |

The first message is flow5 saying that the flow animations are not available on macOS because it only supports OpenGL 4.1, but that is not likely to be the cause of the crash. |

The report says that you opened successfully the plane editor, so it doesn't seem to be an OpenGL related issue. |

Hey andrè so i was discussing this with gemini why is it crashing so here is what it said , also i tried to open it in vm ware installing windows in same laptop and same issue is there It is frustrating that the app is still crashing, especially when you can see that the OpenGL Context is technically running. André is correct that your hardware supports OpenGL, but the specific crash log reveals that the software is failing because it's trying to use a specific 3D command that your current driver can't handle properly.

The next step requires a bit of work, so before I go ahead, can you please do the following:
These steps are to make sure that the problem is only in the wing editor. If this is confirmed to be the case, I'll package a version designed to output detailed information in glMakeWingSectionHighlight_seg(). |

ok so I have done the edit for NURBS Fuselage it works fine, the problem arises when I am editing the Y , Chord , offset etc in the parts, also I want to let you know that the flow5 file was not showing up in the libraries in app. support in finder, as well as 3d analysis calc. are not be able to run because the editor is not analysing the foil(NACA 4412) in the xcl plane editor |

Hi , im a student in India , I have a MacBook Air , and I wanted to learn more of flow 5 , as it aligns with my studies , but It kept quitting , because Open GL in Mac is 3.3, and it shows to require 4.3+ , it's the conclusion I came up to , could be anything else, and apple is align to use metal , (mine is on metal 4) so it doesn't give any support for Open GL ......can anything be done of it?
