move to kt-paperclip?

paperclip is deprecated and there's a maintained fork https://github.com/kreeti/kt-paperclip.
How about changing dependencies and releasing a new version?

I am using this with Rails 7 and ruby 2.7
We are upgrading to ruby 3.0, and we need this change.
