GetStatsAsync is not present on IClamClient #63
Description
GetStatsAsync is only present on the concrete ClamClient type, and is not on the IClamClient interface. This makes mocking more difficult when using the method on code which returns detailed health information from the ClamAV server (for internal monitoring).
