How do I install TekHSI without an computer without an internet connection?

1. On a computer with internet, download the package along with all dependencies to the specified path location

pip download --dest <path to destination> wheel setuptools TekHSI

2. Copy the files to your computer that does not have internet
3. Then, install from local files

pip install --no-index --find-links <new path of files> TekHSI
