How to space two rows of the same section???

Hi
I have the following layout:

When I visualize the page though the following happens:

There is a big gap between the row having the component area and the row made of several columns.
I would expect that there is a default short distance between rows, as it happens with the rows that precede the las one, but apparently in this case it works differently.
Can somebody explain how can I make the las row made of 4 columns closer to the Component area?

You have to check your css for padding and/or margin rules to component area or/and to last row

Please check the Layout Manager and the corresponding sections to see if any margins or paddings are set in the design settings.
