Set everything up from the guide, (but removed the -eur from my Base URL as I am in the US.
My Base URL: https://api.cognitive.microsofttranslator.com/translate?api-version=3.0
My configuration:
The URL under 'Web API' in my Azure account has no API version, so I kept that from the Example Base URL in the guide and added it on: translate?api-version=3.0
Ran the translator, and got HTTP response code 400:
