Building with GCC Toolset is slower than building with Visual Studio 2019 #34

Building Tetcore using the GCC Toolset on Linux and Windows is around 20% slower than using Microsoft Visual Studio.
Most GCC Builds take around 59 Minutes to complete whereas Visual Studio 2019 Builds complete in around 47 Minutes.
