Wire up KRO project to Kamera #59

https://kro.run/ would be a good candidate for testing with kamera!
create an examples/kro following the karpenter, kratix, and crossplane examples. KRO is built with controller-runtime so it should be of comparable complexity to wire it up to Kamera.
